DnS Gluten Free Bakery

Hi there! My name is Sabrina, and alongside my husband, Darrick, we are DnS Gluten Free Bakery. Darrick is the bread and bagel wizard while I conjure up our delicious granolas. We each have backgrounds in cooking and baking, both in a professional nature and as an insatiable hobby. Our mission is to bake the best possible foods that will make you think twice about buying name brand gluten-free products.


 

When Darrick and our two kiddos were diagnosed with Celiac’s disease, we knew that we had to find a way to recreate our favorite recipes (especially after tasting a lot of name brand gluten-free products). Since food is such an important thing to our family, we didn’t want to have to sacrifice taste or quality when we switched to gluten-free. Our two kids have always loved what we’ve brought to the table for them. We certainly didn’t want them to go through life without being able to enjoy an amazing slice of bread or their favorite kind of bagel.


 

So Darrick and I experimented time and time again. Trust me when I say that baking gluten free is a labor of love when you first begin. After a bit of time researching and trying different methods, we finally had a breakthrough! Our bread actually tasted like what we used to make before our gluten free days, something which is unheard of with any name brand product which we have tried.


 

This was such a huge accomplishment for us that we started talking about sharing this discovery with other people. That is where the idea for DnS Gluten Free Bakery came into existence. We knew that we were not the only people suffering through sandwiches where the bread tasted like styrofoam and fell apart the second you bite down on it. Honestly, just seeing the looks on our kids’ faces when they tried our bread was enough to convince us that we shouldn’t keep this baking breakthrough to ourselves.

 

 

So here we are, DnS Gluten Free Bakery, bringing our amazing baked goods to your gluten-free table. We believe that you shouldn’t have to waste your taste buds on food that doesn’t bring you joy.
